Welcome to Food Through Time. I had originally planned to do this in 2018 but didn't have the time. Since 2020 and 2021 are giving me endless time to do projects here is my project.
This week and next week are dishes from the 1900's. I was super excited about this one, I love the really old eras and I knew that my brothers would love the whacky meal plan.
^ Here we have Chicken Pudding. It has eggs and milk with it and it wasn't bad but there was a difference in texture that had you regretting that you ate it. Recipe here.
^ Worldly Blushing Bunny. This was filling and with the yeast in my mum's homemade bread and the Worchester sauce, damn I thought it tasted a bit like alcohol but it was delicious. Recipe.
^ Canary Pudding. No canaries were harmed in the making of this dish. it was so sponge like and just a delicate dish. I really loved it and probably could have ate the entire thing.
^ Potatoes O'Brien this was like my favourite fried potato I had in a while. Here is the Recipe.
^ Corn in Tomato Sauce. Now, this dish was.... I have had better corn dishes, I just wasn't a huge fan, but other than that most of the meal was okay.
