Seth was born to Harry and Sue Clearwater. He has an older sister named Leah. He grew up knowing nothing about the werewolves. At a young age he began his fascination with plants, starting a front yard garden with Leah, who quickly lost interest.

Growing up Seth was a happy kid who always say the bright side of things. The year that changed everything was where Bella and Katharine came. lots happened, he moved in with them and a little later on his father died. Seth was devastated. After some time he shifted for the first time. Jacob and him left for the woods to clear their head.

Seth doesn't return for a while staying with Billy and Seth's mom. Eventually getting over the new problems, he moves back in. later he imprints on Renesmee, Bella and Edwards daughter. Feeling the ultimate urge to keep her safe. years pass and after moving planets to and fro and traveling in space, only to find their forever home with his wife and children, and all his family.
